Location

The 37th Symposium for Northeastern Accelerator Personnel (SNEAP) will be held in Strasbourg, in the east of France. The conference will be held at the "Novotel Centre Halles". This 3-star hotel is located on Quai Kleber in the heart of Strasbourg. When you register, you will be offered the opportunity to book a room in this hotel or in one of two other hotels in Strasbourg. Communications

The symposium reception/information desk will be staffed throughout the meeting to take incoming messages. In addition there is a fax machine, a copier and access to the Internet available for attendees. The organizing committee can be contacted in any of these ways.

We are also planning to set up computers and a printer with access to the Internet to permit attendees to send and receive email, or telnet into their home computer, etc.

Media diffusion hardware

The following equipment is available for the SNEAP conference :

  • Overhead and video projectors

  • Computer connected to the video projector with the latest versions of Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader and GSview.

  • A camera projector for presentations on paper, giving extra possibilities like zooming on a page part.

  • Paper-board

Hosts

The Vivitron- group of IReSThe 37th SNEAP will be organized by the Vivitron group of the Institut de Recherches Subatomiques of Strasbourg (IReS).

The IReS is a laboratory joined with the Université Louis Pasteur (ULP) and is one of the 23 labs of the Institut National de Physique Nucléaire et de Physique des Particules (IN2P3).

IN2P3 is one of the 8 scientific departments and national institutes of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), the French public research organization.
