Exhibitors

Interaction between accelerator personnel and product vendors is an important part of SNEAP. We would like to invite your firm to display its products during the October meeting. This symposium reaches a target audience of research professionals. Deadline to order for the 2003 annual conference : August 5.

Some standard options are described below but we would be very happy to discuss any alternative with you.

Advertising

  • your poster size A0 (84 × 119 cm) in the exhibitors area during all the conference

  • your advertising prospectus included in the attendee's folder and available in self-service during the conference

  • a display space of half an A4 sheet (15 × 21 cm) in any publishing of the conference (program booklet, proceedings...) except the conference poster

  • a web page (or other document you provide) on the proceedings CDRom

 

Exhibition booth

  • a display area of 2 x 1.5 m with a table (2 x 0.5 m), a display board (1.5 x 1 m), the mains (220V) and acces to the internet (ADSL)

  • one conference registration for your representative, including coffee breaks and midday meals

  • special discounts for other display options (inclusion in the program booklet, additional posters...)

 

Sponsoring

  • public announcement of your sponsorship during the sponsored activity

  • your advertising prospectus given out to the attendees and available in self-service during the conference

  • inclusion of your name in the sponsors list of the program booklet and the proceedings

  • your logo or advertising on the giant screen during the sponsored activity (except the tour !)

Depending of the amount of your donation, you will get access to extra offerings :

  • a display space of half an A4 sheet (15 × 21 cm) in any publishing of the conference (program booklet, proceedings...) except the conference poster

  • your company logo on any publishing of the conference, including the conference poster

  • your company logo on the exhibition bag (only if you support the bags purchase & printing)

Vendors can purchase one or more display areas. They are 12 display areas for posters and 6 booths. Additional conference registrations can be purchased for an additional fee. The companion program will also be available for the exhibitors' companions.
